By this Normative Instruction the Superior Labor Court (“Tribunal Superior do Trabalho- TST”) had regulated on June 21st, 2018, the timeframe of application of procedural changes introduced by Law 13,467 / 17, in the sense that the procedural changes introduced by the Labor Reform will be applied only to labor suits distributed from November 11th, 2018, that is the effective date of the law in force.
