“ANTAQ”: DATES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OF LEASING IN PARÁ AND SANTOS ARE RELEASED

“ANTAQ” announced the dates of the public hearings of bidding contests leases for Ports of Santos (SP), Belém, Santarém and Vila do Conde and the terminals of Outeiro and Miramar (Pará State). The bids will be the first after the institution of new regulatory ports (Law No. 12.815/2013).

The audience attendance regarding the exploration areas in the Port of Santos will be held on August 30th.

The audience to explore areas at the ports of Belém, Santarém and Vila do Conde and in the terminals of Outeiro and Miramar (Pará State) will be held on September 2nd.

Public Consultation – Those interested in contributing to the improvement of drafts and notices of leases relating to the bidding processes in the areas of ports of Santos, Belém, Santarém and Vila do Conde and in the  terminals of  Outeiro and Miramar may send your suggestions until 5:00 pm of September 6th, exclusively through and form of the electronic form available on the Agency website (www.antaq.gov.br).

Legal Drafts are available on site, which are also available studies on each of the leases that are seeking to bid. “ANTAQ” consider only the contributions which have as their object the draft law raised in consultation and public hearings.
