The above mentioned standard changed the normative instructions that regulate the special customs regimes, in particular the “REPETRO”, the Temporary Admission Regime and the “Repetro-Sped”, the main one being the extension of the period for the admission of goods under the “Repetro” that the from now on it will allow new concessions, extensions, substitutions of beneficiaries until December 31st ,2018.
Among the innumerable changes implemented by the Regulatory Instruction reference it is worth mentioning:
->the submission of documents for new concessions of “Repetro” must occur prior to registration of the Import Declaration;
->the end of the simplified procedure for transferring the property regime from “Repetro” to the Temporary Admission Scheme;
->automatic grant, under condition of resolution, for “Dis” parameterized for the green channel;
->possibility of requesting demobilization valid for 6 (six) months;
->limitation until December 31st ,2018 without interruption of the term of validity of the consignment of goods in the regime for testing, repair and maintenance, in Brazil or abroad, and
->distribution of the attributions of “EqPetro” to the units of the Federal Revenue of Brazil of the beneficiary’s jurisdiction.
